New Class: Chi-Gong

Join us for Chi-Gong class every Friday from 8:45am - 9:30am in Studio 2 with Violeta Bailets.

Chi-Gong is a form of Tai Chi practice that harnesses one's inner energy (Chi) through movements, postures, sound and breathing. Meant to relax the body, stimulate the body's reserves of Chi, the exercises focus on physical and spiritual healing through the release of negative energy kept within one's internal organs.

It's hard to believe how fast 30 years can pass, but after all that determination and success, you don't need to look far to see how good it's been — not just for our staff, but for all members, past and present.

It's a pleasure to know L.A.C. has helped make Portland one of the fittest communities in the nation. Now, Portland health and environmental consciousness will only grow stronger. Thank you to all for their unending support!

Hip Hop class every 1st & 3rd Friday of the month

Get your groove on and learn how to shake your tail feather to a funky beat while getting an awesome cardio workout. Class will be held the 1st & 3rd Friday of every month from 5:30-6:30pm.
