Group Fitness

Lloyd Athletic Club features Portland's most extensive group fitness program with 75+ classes weekly. These classes are ongoing and included in your monthly membership dues.

Classes range from Cardio Kick Boxing and Hip-Hop Classes to Yoga, Pilates and NIA, so there's sure to be a something that will spark your interest and help you to reach your fitness goals.

All classes include a warm-up, cool-down, stretching and standing abdominal work.

We also have a large senior program with 20 or more classes per week designed specifically for our senior members. These classes were designed to be safe and fun while focusing on strength, flexibility and movement.
