L.A.C. has opened the MAX Conditioning Studio to all members as part of their L.A.C. membership. Some specialty fee-based classes will be scheduled in the room; a schedule will be posted indicating those times and days. Please contact one of our fitness trainers if you would like to go through training on the proper use of the MAX studio. This room will be dedicated to getting the most out of your time and body. It is a fun group training room designed to push you to reach your MAX in a fun action packed environment.
The program is based on the popular Cross Fit / Boot Camp style programming with an L.A.C. twist. Each class is led by one of our Personal Trainers. Be pushed to reach goals you never thought existed.

Tuesdays at 6am & 6pm, Thursdays at 6pm, and Fridays at 6am
Develop balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance using standup skills such as punching, kicking, striking and throwing as well as learning useful self defense techniques. Although challenging, students often end up pleased and surprised with the outward physical changes this conditioning provides.
